Am I able to checkout using multiple forms of payment for one order online?
You are now able to use multiple forms of payment. For example, we accept Paypal, Paypal credit, Venmo and traditional credit and debit card process payments

How do I update my email address and other account details?
After logging into your account online, you will be able to update your email address, mailing address and any payment information that you have saved. Log-in to your account.

When will my order arrive?
Please check your order confirmation email for tracking information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, because we begin processing your order immediately once placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it in our system. However, you can return your purchase for up to 15 days after the ship date.
I am having issues placing an order online, who should I contact?

Can I order online and pick up in-store?
Unfortunately, we do not offer orders online and pick up in store because we are individually owned and don’t have a physical location.
Can I get a price adjustment on my order if some of the items are now on sale?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments at this time.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping costs?
We only offer flat rate shipping which takes about 7 to 14 business days depending on the carrier. and we use USPS.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer everyday FREE economy shipping on all orders over $60, excluding taxes and coupons or promotions.
Where do you ship?
At this time we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 5 business days, not including holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed. Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We only provide flat rate shipping to PO Boxes. we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
